On the first day of our honeymoon we travelled from Allentown to Philadelphia to Venice to Paris. What a day! We were absolutely exhausted when we finally got to Paris. We walked around the city forever trying to find our hotel. We knew it was near the Eiffel Tower but there are tons of big buildings. When we got into our hotel room (the first picture) we tried to figure out what we were going to do for our two days in Paris. We scheduled a tour for early the next morning and went to dinner. It was the most expensive dinner EVER! We paid nearly $75 for each of us for a simple chicken dish. After dinner we decided to walk to the Eiffel Tower (Picture two: taken outside the hotel lobby). We walked FOREVER and finally got there. We kept seeing it and it looked closer but it is SOOO huge it always felt like it was right around the corner. It is SOooo much cooler at night (Third and fourth picture). We walked around and climbed to the second floor where you could see all downtown Paris. The last picture is the Military school from the second floor of the Eiffel tower. Then we got a cab back to our hotel because at this point it was like 3am USA time.
