I FINALLY quit working for Lincoln! After a million attempts and redoing my schedule several times, I finally resigned. Now I am just teaching a few days a week at the college and focusing on my masters. It has been amazing to actually do things for myself and Joey of course! These are some of the things I did as a dedicated employee for the events I planned. I was a cat, an elf, an inflatables game helper, a social worker, a counselor, an office hag, and the list goes on forever. The one rewarding part of this job that I will miss is planning events that military families actually enjoy and benefit from. The first picture is my friend Steph and her daughter Madison (who DID NOT like Santa... at all) who came out to support our Christmas cookies with Santa event. The second picture is from the Marine Corps Birthday cake cutting ceremony day. This was for a sponsorship appreciation day I involved the organization with. The third picture is one of my coworkers, Cathy and I doing the bungi run race. The last two pictures show my dedication to look like a moron in awkward clothing to hang out with the kids! :)
Welcome friends and family! The purpose of this blog is to overcome the time zones, work schedules, and keep you all updated on our life. We love and miss you all!
