Valentine's Day

For Valentine's day we did scavenger hunts for each other. Joey's scavenger hunt was really fun but my clues were not very good. I had to give him extra hints! He started at the front door and I think there were 12 stops with surprises and clues to the next stop. He got a few thermoses for work, a new bible, a weed eater, a rake (both garden tools he really wanted, do you think he could be Tom Buffamante's son?), a few more things. His final destination was our spare bedroom, the "travel" room. We have slowly started decorating the travel room to be covered in traveling mementos and pictures of all our traveling adventures. His big present was a map that was specially made for us to mark off the places we have been, dream destinations, and our next trip. This is one of the coolest things I have ever bought! It's the little things we do to keep life interesting in the desert!
