Baby Clayton

When I was in South America I got an email from Amber telling me she was preggo. This just so happened to be two weeks before her husband, Jeff left for Afghanistan. So she went through the entire pregnancy praying for Jeff to be home for the birth of their beautiful baby boy, Clayton Anthony. She was in our wedding and looked absolutely beautiful, 7 months pregnant. A few months before she was due we made arrangements for me to come back to North Carolina for the birth incase Jeff wasn't back. Well little Clayton couldn't wait and he was born on October 19th. Jeff was supposed to be home and kept getting extended. I got to North Carolina on the 24th and went to visit Amber as her and Clayton were getting out of the hospital. Clayton had jaundice so Amber had to bring him back to the hospital for an extra few days to give him the attention he needed. We took him home and I spent the week between Amber and Ally's house, doing whatever I could to help Amber until Jeff came home. The first picture is Ally and I walking Amber's dogs. The next picture is a few of Amber and Clayton's firsts. The first outing with friends(Amber, Mothball, and I at McAllisters) , first time Amber got dressed up as a new Mommy, first day without family there, and adorable Clayton with his long blonde hair.
