East Coast Bound!

WE ARE MOVING! We couldn't be more excited, Joey got selected for a school in Quantico, Virginia. It is the closest duty station to home and although it will only be for 10 months, our only other option for school was Ft. Knox, Kentucky (and we would have left this December- when I will be 9 months pregnant). We will be leaving here in late June or early July and headed back east! Praise the Lord! Joey was one of two tank officers to get into the Expeditionary Warfare School (EWS) in the entire Marine Corps! We have heard it is great family time with normal "civilian" hours. After working almost 7 days a week, 20 hour days, and having no holidays off- we are REALLY looking forward to Quantico. The base is right outside of DC and only a few hours to get home. We will actually be able to spend holidays with all of you! Once Joey completes EWS (June 2011) he will either be stationed in 29 Palms again or Camp Lejeune, North Carolina again. He will be back to a tank battalion, which is a deployable unit. We are really hoping to move back to North Carolina but we know God will put us where he wants us! Thank you for all your support and love in this crazy lifestyle! <3
